Maybird Confections is delighted to present our “Georgia Gems Pâte de Fruit Collection.” Pâte de fruit, meaning “fruit paste”, is a traditional French confection. They’re usually small and finished with sugar, which gives them a sparkling appearance. They’re sometimes described as little jewels, or gems. These tasty little treasures are like fancy fruit jellies.
The great state of Georgia offers so many flavorful fruits that we felt compelled to offer an assortment of pâte de fruit made from fruit grown in Georgia. The selection will change throughout the year based on seasonal availability.

Our current assortment includes Peach (Pearson Farm), White Muscadine (Paulk Vineyards), Satsuma Orange (Florida Georgia Citrus), and Blueberry (wild organic, not from Georgia). What will your favorite be?
